Basement Remodel
I thought it went great. They showed up on time everyday. They explained what they were doing every day. They made a lot of good suggestions on objects and various price ranges. They were open to my input and feedback. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and also when they completely finished all of the work. The tile guy was especially amazing at his job.

APPARENTLY THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION ABOUT THE SUPPLIES THAT WERE PURCHASED. BENCHMARK DEALT DIRECTLY WITH THE LUMBER COMPANY (WHICH HELD UP OUR JOB CONSIDERABLY). EVEN AFTER THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE REPLACED THE FAULTY LUMBER, THE DECK LOOKS WORSE THAN IT DID BEFORE. I
