 + -1 moreThey did a great job getting all the paperwork together for us and making sure that the home title was clear. Settlement only took us about an hour and a half. They were quick and efficient. They answered all the questions we had about every little detail. They also are good about making sure there are enough funds in the escrow account so our monthly payments won't increase and will likely decrease in a year or so.
Description of Work: Did all the paperwork (minus the loan) for the purchase of our first home, which was a bank owned property.

Used this company for settlement when we purchased our new home. Sadaf was very attentive and pleasant. She followed up on all with all parties involved and made sure everything was ordered and performed. The settlement paperwork were in order at settlement and went off without any problems.
Description of Work: She was responsible for contacting the lender, inspectors, surveyor, title insurance company to make sure what is needed for settlement was completed and all bills were received before settlement so that they could be paid. Also responsible for all recording and transfer functions with local government offices. Everything a settlement attorney is supposed to do.
