First, they showed up in an HVAC truck.  Not a good sign.  Then they couldn't figure out this small, straight-forward plumbing job.  
The first plumber who came couldn't figure out how to hook up the plumbing, because the drain pipe is plumbed high.  He is right that the pipe is plumbed high (legacy from earlier owner), but there has been a kitchen sink in that same location hooked up to that same pipe for over a decade, so we were pretty sure it could be done.  
So that plumber called the boss to trouble-shoot.  When the boss came, first he tried to sell us on a big project involving tearing up our kitchen and basement to re-run the pipes to the kitchen.  When we didn't go for that, he declared the job "impossible" and left.  They demanded to be paid for their time despite not accomplishing anything.
After work, we went to the corner hardware store, bought standard off-the-shelf plumbing supplies, and just hooked up the sink ourselves.  It was quick and easy, and is what we should have done in the first place.

Poorly, overcharged by a lot.

I have also used him to help me find the leak in my house from the kitchen.   They were puncture to the job and found the leak and provided a solution for it.  In the end, they saved me thousands by going through house insurance and only charged me for the time the team spent looking for the leak. I would definitely use him again.

We hired Aronovich Plumbing to install a gas line for our kitchen. He seemed confident he could do the job, however, he failed to plan properly for the job. His measurements for the pipe length and the angle were so off it required butchering of one of our cabinets and the pipe was way too long to fit properly behind our slide-in range. We had to have him come back out twice just so we could get the slide-in into place! Each time he gave us attitude and expressed frustration, however it was his poor project management that got us into the mess we found ourselves in! I would think long and hard before hiring this company. We have had 2 contractors view his work since then and both have remarked on the poor worksmanship and extremely poor planning and execution.
