Amy went to our out of state house and took photos and gave advice on what needed updating.
Amy was willing to contact vendors to help with updates.  For example, she went to a granite place and sent us photos of different colored granite so that we would pick new counters.  She was there for people to deliver new appliances to the house.  She helped with setting up a company to stage the house.  Throughout all this, we never felt pressured to spend more than we wanted on updates.  Her advice was spot-on.  We received many competitive offers on our home and sold without difficulty.  We would wholeheartedly recommend her!

When moving, their is always the timing and logistics to be considered.  Mrs. Musher is so experienced that she could anticipate and ward off any issues.  She would continually remind the buyer's agent (for our house) and the seller's agent (for the condo) what they have missed or needed to be done.  We could not have had a better agent. 

Amy did an excellent job with selling our home in Bethesda as part of a company relocation.   It was an extremely smooth process and transaction.  Amy's advice was spot on with pricing, doing some touch ups to make the house show well, staging and marketing the house to potential buyers. She worked hard to follow up with contractors, host open houses and work with potential buyers and buyer's agents.  Amy's communication was outstanding, and she was a pleasure to work with. 

After working with another realtor for quite some time, and not so great contract experience, I decided I wanted to work with a new agent. I found Amy on Angie's List and after reading her stellar reviews, I decided to contact her. First form of contact was a phone call in which my husband and I described to her what we were looking for. That same day, she sent us several listings for us to look at. Within a week of our phone call, Amy spent a weekend afternoon looking at houses with us. I appreciated her honesty when it came to the houses, especially when it came to the location. I found a condo online that seemed to fit my needs. I knew that I would need an agent to help me prepare my offer, if I chose to make one. I had taken "pot luck" with a couple of other offers, but did not find a good fit.  
I e mailed Amy the day before going to an open house. She responded promptly. After attending the open house, I decided to make an offer. I was really surprised that Amy cut an out-of-town trip short to meet with me, take a look at the place and prepare my offer. She told me that she was in the real estate business because she loves it - there is no doubt about that! She is a delight to work with - enthusiastic, knowledgeable and thorough. The rest of the process happened before the beginning of this year - and Amy was wonderful! We joked about my panel of advisers and she was exceptionally welcoming and gracious when they became my entourage at closing. Awesome.  I found Amy on Angie's List when I initially started my home searches online.  Amy responded to my inquiry when she was on vacation and we met shortly thereafter.  Amy definately made my home search relatively painless and less stressful.  She was very responsive to my questions, and, since I was not very familiar with the specific areas, she was a wealth of knowledge for me.  Perhaps the biggest attribute I appreciated about Amy is that she wasn't pushy or one of those agents you hear horror stories about that want to just make a sale.  Amy was patient, made sure that the houses we were looking at were what I wanted in a home, and she always answered my questions when viewing a house. 
Also, not that it matters, but although I wasn't buying a house in Potomac, Amy definately treated me like I was the only client she had.  She made time for me when I wanted to view a house, re-visit a house, or when I had questions.  Amy says that once you become her client, you are her client for life and not just until you buy/sell your house.  Try finding that quality in another agent.

Amy is great.  She made the unwieldy and complicated process of buying and selling a house easy.  She was very professional, honest and never over-promised.  Some other realtors go with the hard sell for the sole purpose of increasing their own commission.  This was never the case with Amy.  We got the sense that she genuinely wanted us to find the house that fit our desires, not hers.  Highly recommend her!

This home sale experience was extremely positive.  Amy put together a marketing plan that was very effective, resulting in a contract being signed in seven days.  Her diligence in arranging client visits and a very successful open house definitely made the difference.

Shortly after relocating to DC, we met Amy and started our search for a new home. Amy worked with us for over a year to find us a home.
