Alexa was a wonderful agent, and we were lucky to find her. We first contacted her when we saw one of her listings on-line. It turned out she had already sold that house, but she responded to our email with suggestions of other properties based upon our initial house of interest. She was right on point in her assessment of our needs, and after we spoke to her on the phone, she came up with a list of numerous properties, all of which met our criteria. She responded promptly to all of our emails and phone calls and even put us in touch with vendors, including a number of good mortgage brokers from which to get estimates. She guided us through the entire home buying process and helped us find a great house. After closing, she also provided us with recommendations for people to help us fix up the house in the future. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her.
