Though it's a Lovely home, it was near the Beltway,so when we tried 2nd time, Agnes did everything she could to maximize the benefits of the home in Bethesda--schools, close to Beltway as a convenience, & she sold the house @ asking price to a couple who were thrilled! Agnes & her partner Melissa Leddy--(301--859-0408/also has lots of experience) are smart, savvy, generous, creative total professionals who know exactly what they're doing, whose styles compliment each other to optimize your chances to buy or sell your home. They go above beyond for their clients and we recommend them 100%.
Description of Work: Sell a home we owned that we'd tried to sell a few years earlier with a different very experienced agent who wasn't successful, so we took off the market & co tinted to rent. Provide us with expert advice about our home that we're selling now, though we are using a family member as the listing agent. Their input has been invaluable.
