3eAgnes sold a home we owned in 2 weeks. & this was a home we'd tried to sell a few years before w/a senior real estate agent26 we had to take it off the market. Though it's a Lovely home, it was near the Beltway,so when we tried 2nd time, Agnes did everything she could to maximize the benefits of the home in Bethesda--schools, close to Beltway as a convenience, & she sold the house @ asking price to a couple who were thrilled! Agnes & her partner Melissa Leddy--(301--859-0408/also has lots of experience) are smart, savvy, generous, creative total professionals who know exactly what they're doing, whose styles compliment each other to optimize your chances to buy or sell your home. They go above beyond for their clients and we recommend them 100%.
