We reached out to Adela Construction after we had some issues with the Home Depot installation team that was supposed to come out and install the ceramic tile floor after we had purchased all the supplies from Home Depot.  Sean Lada with Adela Construction came out the week we called to see the scope of the project and provide a quote.  We hired Adela Construction for the installation of our condominium's tile floor for almost the entire foot print of our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium. Sean Lada and his crew did an excellent job not only with the installation itself but with the communication back and forth. He provided great input for the design and he listened to what we wanted and worked with our ideas to make what we envisioned happen. The project took approximately 3 weeks (working on weekdays only) to remove the existing carpet and tile floor and then install the underlayment, ceramic tile floor, marble foyer floor, and marble baseboard. When the project was completed and all the punch list items taken care of (very few for a job this size), we found an issue with the baseboard around the convector units when we were going to have them serviced. Sean and his team worked with us to quickly schedule and get the marble baseboard fixed so the units could easily be opened. We appreciated the response of Sean and his team even after the job was substantially complete. The entire project went smoothly and the installation itself was beautifully done.  We would personally recommend Adela Construction as a company that performs the quality work you pay for, and would hire them again for future projects.
