The fit between the new lock that I had purchased and the lock being replaced was not perfect. In spite of this, the new lock was installed with patience and expertise. Most certainly a positive experience.

AMAZING. Called me back at 9 pm. Had me email photos that night. Early morning he sent an email with he time he would be here. I confirmed.He was here on time. He made sure to put paper towel under his metal toolbox before placing it on the kitchen counter. Very pleasant, very professional. I learned about locks! Before removing the lock for inspection, he offered two possibilities: fix ($180) or replace ($350). He was able to fix the 15 year old lock. Before leaving he stopped to watch me try the key. After so much horrendous service (Verizon, Bank of America), this experience was truly a breath of fresh air.

Jair was great, asking questions up front to determine if we really needed what we thought we did, talking us away from a secondary lock, and fixing the deadbolt very quickly. Super service, great experience - would definitely hire again.

I sent him an email late on a Saturday night asking about having locks changed for two of our doors (townhome) and 30 mins later, he had already responded to my email and made an appointment to change the locks the next day (on a Sunday!). Very experienced and flexible. He offered to provide deadbolt he carries or, if we preferred, we could buy a product of our choice and he would installed. We chose the latter and purchased a product highly rated n Consumer Reports. He charged for the labor.
