Delivery was smooth and quick. We had a bit of a challenge with our driveway to our new home being so steep but they were able to figure it out and keep our container sturdy and level, which was a big help since we were expected a baby at any moment. Great to work with, would definitely use them again!

Was okay

1-800-Pack-Rat is really good. So far so good, I really like them and they've been really helpful. They helped me estimate how many pods I need to use and how many times it's going to be delivered, how it's going to be picked up and they will deliver it when we move to the West coast. They quoted me one price and I found a discrepancy somewhere and they took $300 off. They facility is in a climate controlled facility, I haven't been to one but it seems like it's going to work out fine.

The service and unit were excellent.  Unit itself was clean inside and out - rust free and not an eye sore.   The delivery of the unit was flawless.  I requested and was given an early drop off time.  Person called on his way to deliver.  Person was very helpful and instructive on techniques for loading and how to lock the unit.  The unit was picked up as requested and brought to the company's storage facility.   When I called for it to be delivered to the new residence, Andrew was, as usually very accommodating with the early drop off time (especially because I called 2+ weeks in advance).   Unit was dropped off earlier than scheduled!  All the contents were excellent condition, nothing broken due to movement or weather conditions.    Unit was picked up within a day of phone call requesting it.  

Overall, I highly recommend using this portable storage unit.  I shopped price and size - and condition of storage facility.  They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I was okay with that because I wanted my belongs safe, which they were!  Prices were exactly as quoted, no surprises.  Monthly storage fees were automatically debited from bank account.

Only one complaint about price is that you pay for the whole month of storage even though you pick it up before the full month of storage (no pro-rating based on number of days). 

Excellent!  Remember to tether your items in the pod so they don't shuffle around in transit.
