THIS COMPANY WAS TO DIAGNOSE MY A/C UNIT. WAS CALLED BY EMPLOYEE WHOM WAS VERY NICE. SAID HE WOULD BE AT HOUSE BY 7:30 P.M. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. DID ARRIVE ON TIME. WAS TOLD IT NEEDED A COMPRESSOR. TWO WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING. MIND YOU MY FAMILY SLEEPS HERE IN 80 TO 90 DEGREE TEMPERATURES. CALLED OWNER TODAY WAS TOLD A/C COMPRESSOR HAD TO BE MADE BY MANUFACTURER AND COULD BE ANOTHER 2 TO 3 WEEKS. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. I MADE A CALL TO A LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR AND HE HAS 15 A/C COMPRESSORS FOR MY UNIT IN STOCK. MY LANDLORD CALLED AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE PART SHOULD BE HERE BY TOMORROW. THE WAY I SEE IT HE CAN GET THE PART AND FIX IT TODAY. THIS GENTLEMAN IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND HAS NO PROBLEM MAKING UP STORIES THINKING THE CUSTOMER WOULD HE HAPPY WITH THE ANSWER. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. WHEN YOU CALL HE WON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE HALF THE TIME. I GUESS HE THOUGHT THAT BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN THAT I AM NOT SMART ENOGH TO DO MY OWN RESEARCH. THINK AGAIN GENTLEMEN. THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYONE AND EVERYONE. DON'T TRUST HIM. IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
