Came on short notice.   Arrived when he said he would be there.   Worked promptly and efficiently and got the job done.  Also worked "cleanly" and did not make any mess from the toilet.   Price was as quoted.  Definitely will use again when there is another need.   Definitely would recommend to others.

The entire experience was terrific (how often is that said about a plumber?). The timing was perfect. Mr. Hartley was able to assess the repairs as not too problematic. Brian arrived shortly thereafter and completed all repairs in less than an hour. We had such a positive experience.

Brian Hartley went above and beyond, crawling under my house to assess the problem, moving the washer and dryer, carefully cutting the wallboard so an access door will fit the space, and repairing the pipe. He gave me the removed section so I could see the damage, and mopped up the water in the crawl space. The drain repair has been top notch and we have had no further problems.

He did a good job. I am not sure how he compares rate wise with other plumbers but the quality of the work was quite good.

Mr. Hartley worked quickly to correct/repair several small plumbing problems. His service call cost of $80 was $10 less than another plumber I had used in the past, and additional fees were negligible. He is well-known in the area for his reliability and honesty and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
