Work was completed quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Staff was exceptionally helpful throughout the process.

Brought a flat tire there for repair.  They fixed it in no time and only charged me $15 bucks!

It went as quoted and promised. They seem to be straight up when you ask a question or ask for advice.

He looked over the truck and identified the problem and noticed some other things that were wrong with it but could be fixed at a later date. I appreciated the honesty instead of trying to fix all the problems and have it cost me more than it should, especially since I was on vacation. There were only a few things that could have made the review better. He named a list of things that were wrong with the truck and was supposed to provide an itemized list with the final bill. They didn't. I'm sure if I called back they would send it to me. The other thing was they said they would call with a status when they diagnosed the problem. It wound up that I needed to call them. Overall these were minor annoyances because I know places like this get busy and would recommend them highly.

I am completely satisfied with the work.  I would highly recommend Racetrack Auto.  I had NO issues with the customer service and the work.  Will use them again.

While in Ocean City on vacation over a long weekend, we had a slow leak in a tire. We took it to Racetrack Auto Center, and Owen fixed it right away. We were back on the road in less than 15 minutes!

Thought I was going to have to buy a new tire. Racetrack looked at tire and called to give me a price for just plugging the tire instead of buying new, within the hour. Works fine to this day.

First,they told me how to fix the problem myself and after I botched the job, they did it right for a good price.

They were responsive - scheduled me right away. Accurately diagnosed the problem. The repairs were done right. I have had no issues since then.

All was good, they did forget to reset my oil change light, otherwise all was good.

I was quite satisfied. They also have a program for oil changes where you get a card punched each time you have an oil change done and the tenth oil change is free. I've somehow lost my card but have all the receipts for oil changes so I'm sure they'll just punch another card for me. The people who work at Racetrack Auto are decent- friendly and easy to get along with. They're pretty good at figuring car crap out too so you don't have to worry too much about it. I've always felt good about getting work done on my car or truck there and they seem to have a good reputation in the community they serve.
