O C IMPORT SVC

I called and scheduled the appointment to have my oil changed 1 week in advance.  I took my car to the shop on the scheduled day and time.  I told the attendant that I would be back to pick up the car in approx. 5 hours.  When I returned, they had not started the oil change.  I left again and came back in 2 hours.  They still had not started working on my oil change.  I took my car home and they asked me to bring in the next day.  I brought it in first thing in the morning and told them I would pick it up in about 8 hours.  When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the oil change had still not been started.  They asked me to wait for 30 minutes while they finished the job.   While I was waiting, the man in the shop was discussing all of the costly things that I would need to do to my car.  He continued to lecture me and tell me how I should treat my car and that I "needed" this and this if I wanted this car to last.  When my car was finally finished, they did not offer a discount for my time wasted or their lack of professionalism.  They also failed to replace the cap to my windshield washer tank.   

To make things worse, this was not the first time I was treated like this at this business.  I will not return to OC Imports and would advise them to work on their customer service.  I understand they have a monopoly on import services, but I would rather drive 100 miles to get a service than go back to their establisment.
