JT does a great job and last summer he did the electrical on a addition I had done on the second home. I was able to inspect the work prior to the drywal and it is very neat and professional. I highly recommed.

He is reliable , fair, and neat. He did not leave any trash or mess.

He was on time, worked quickly, made absolutely no mess. He was pleasant and very businesslike.

The adjustments were made properly and response was excellent. The only negative thing I can think of was the cost for the service call.

J.T. is the best. He is knowledgable, prompt, courteous and doesn't hesitate to explain things and give you household tips. I called him on Tuesday and we set a tentative appointment for noon on Wednesday. He called on Wednesday morning to confirm 12:30 that day. He arrived on time, we reviewed the items on my list and he went right to work. He explained the proper use of the newly installed speed control for our bedroom ceiling fan. He explained how the grounding wires were run for our bathroom outlets, tested them and tightened them up. We discussed and he gave me his recommendation for the use of energy efficient light bulbs for our vanity lighting. We discussed a new bathroom exhaust fan and he told me to wait until I have the bathroom painted because the current fan has a square cut in the ceiling and the new fan would be round. He suggested having the painter put up new drywall that he can then use to mount the round fan. Then it was on to the crawl space where J.T. found that our dehumidifier was not working properly and gave me a referral to someone who is the and quot;crawl space go-to guy.and quot; J.T. did not have the piece he needed for our front porch light but he went to get one, returned promptly and installed it. The cost for parts and two hours of labor was about $200.

J T was here for a few hours. We had to get a plumber to cap off the propane gas line. J T worked well with the plumber and completed the job efficiently.

JT Novak arrived exactly at the time we agreed to do the estimate. He asked a lot of questions and had to go under the house to see how he'd need to run the line. He called later in the day to give us the estimate and also mailed a copy. We agreed on a date and time and he arrived promptly. He completed the work in one morning, and was very neat. There was nothing for me to clean up. The switch works fine and I am very pleased to have this resolved.
