COOL BREEZE HTG & COOLING INC

Paid for work not provided. Did not finish the job. Finally get Gary out here to see the job was not done and he sets an appointment to "make it right" and then does not come out again. Very unreliable. I dont recommend this business at all. He changes his business name when the original name got a bad reputation. Now he goes by The Heat and AC Guy. Beware. This contractor is a scam artist.

I bought a new home in 8/14. The house came with a home warranty policy. I contacted the Insurance Company and Heat & AC Guy came out in 2 days after being contacted by the Insurance Company.. The service performed was excellent and fast. The service guy was professional. 

Time after time, promise after promise, he said he would follow up.  We've set appts and I've waited so many times and stood up every time!!  He will not guarantee his work, he won't follow up, it was like pulling teeth to get him to call me back.  A guy by the name of Gary is the owner and he is useless!!  I wouldn't trust him to air condition a dog's house!!!
Do yourself a big favor, use a reputable company.  One that has honor, morals and actually cares about their customers.
COOL BREEZE is a fly by night company and I'm sad to think I spent this much time, money and trouble dealing with this useless company!!!!  FYI.....He also goes by THE HEAT AND A/C GUY!!!!
