I started the process of getting estimates for two of my rental properties, I needed them done as soon as possible. my first call was to Jeff ( Clearwater Excavating) for an estimate. He agreed to meet me within 15 minutes at the properties location. He gave me what I thought was a reasonable price so I also inquired about having a couple empty lots mowed on a regular basis. He again quoted me a reasonable price. I did not find anyone else who was willing to immediately take the time out to meet with me or give me a better estimate than he did. I was there the day the two very nice gentlemen were working on the properties, they did soo much more than I expected. The yards looked GREAT! I was really happy that I went with Clearwater. THANKS AGAIN JEFF , I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
