2 plumbers Arrived approximately 9:10am then finished approximately 3:15 pm . moved Dryer to get to access panel. Had to cut wall more to gain access. New vanity and shower and tub fixtures We're replaced. Had to call company back the next day due to leak under the new vanity in which they did respond same day. Questioned why cut Wall that was cut was placed on the floor and was told they don't fix walls. Plumber did offer to tape the Wall. valve was replaced as solution to Low water pressure in kitchen which had dropped significantly after repairs werer completed on 9-2 ..Reported to company as well as the leak. Was told replacing valve was a Courtesy. Bill was $980.00 in which $880.00 was Labor. Per plumber to replace pipes to sink in kitcchen would be same amount if not more..SMH

John was communicative, honest and thorough. We had a time frame of 11-1 and I received a call at 10:40 that he would arrive in 30 minutes. The price included labor (he was at the house for almost 4 hours) and the toilet.

We've used them for quite awhile now - installed A/C units, and appliance repair on other units we own.  We've very pleased with them.

Exceeded our expectations. Brought the hot water heater up to code with a new overflow pan and drain--much needed because the water heater is hidden under a peninsula in the kitchen. Previously the only way we knew of a leak was when water puddled on the floor--with much ensuing damage. Ron Fink, the owner, is knowledgeable and informative. He helped us throughout the permit process and renovation. I recommend him and his company wholeheartedly.

I'm very happy with them so far, and it's a fair price.

I was very happy with what they did. They were prompt and reasonably priced. I have been always happy with them. They were fine. They came in immediately, detected what the problem was and fixed it. So I was happy. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

Found the leak, turned the water off at the street. Call Atlantic. Came within 1 1/2 hours. Went into crawl space found problem and made repairs within 45 minutes. Excellent response time and reasonable price. Service man excellent as well.

It went overall very very well. This plumbing company knows its job. The plumber, was able to save me money and explained everything to me, and installed a nice fixture in the bathroom when I had purchased the wrong one. He was a master plumber, I am sure as my father was one, and I knew all the important questions to ask this plumber. They were professional, and timely. am a very busy person and they were efficient, with my time and pocket book,,,, and very clean. And with all of the quality I would expect from a Master Plumber.

It didn't go at all. The first time he canceled our repair was because he had an emergency job. I only found out about the cancelation because I called the office to see what time he was coming. Giving his ratings on Angie's List, I gave he the benefit of doubt and rescheduled. Today, 2 weeks after our last cancelled appointment, I was to be his first customer of the day, so when 9:00am rolled around and I hadn't heard from the office, I called. First I was told I wasn't on the schedule, which was disconcerting, however she then found my appointment and promptly told me his truck was broken down and they would let me know if and when he would be coming. Around 11:00 they called to say he was still waiting for the tow truck. It is now 2:46 and I have not heard another word, not a call to cancel or try to reschedule. My guess is that someone either didn't record the appointment, or something better came along so they moved me. Either way, it's very bad customer service.
Since the work is being done at our beach house and not our primary home, I have to travel 3 1/2 hours, miss work and juggle other things on my schedule to be here for the appointments you would think they would be more conscience in their planning and customer service. I have already contacted another company to do the work and would not recommend this company to others.

We have used this company at least 7-8 times over a period of 7 years. Never once had a problem. Call Iris and service is on the way. Ron the owner has personally worked here 2-3 times. Their other techs have worked here and were also knowledgeable and professional. They originally installed hot/cold water piping and water heater in our barn. Installed a water pump there also 3 years later. Water pump problem at house was fixed promptly and cost effectively around Christmas one year. Replaced and fixed water heater last year in house. Really did a great job. We would not use anyone else...period!

Unfortunately, once repaired other leaks appeared. I determined that I need to replace water filter rather than put any more money into old one.

Rob was very efficient with a great personality.
