Mr. Watts was able to assist on short notice and was very helpful. His quote/pricing was very reasonable compared to others that tried to force extra work which he tested for and deemed unnecessary. He also identified potential areas that might lead to an upcharge so that there would not be any surprises in planning/budgeting. We were happy with the work and decided to also go with him for duct cleaning, and while it was more than some, it was much more thorough. Others were in more of a rush while he took the time to explain what would be done at each step of the process. We also received a certificate for the mold removal. Also you can pay with credit card which is nice as some require check or cash. Overall satisfied with the work mold removal and duct cleaning.

I paid 3800 for some mold removal through my house. A few weeks later I discovered more mold under some chipped paint literally 4 inches away from where the work was originally done. So I called Lionel out and he wanted to charge me more money to remove this mold. Really bad customer service if you ask me. Would not recommend.

Watts called right away after I submitted request thru HomeAdvisor. It was little difficult to get the appointment scheduled since my place is rented and had to be coordinate with the tenant. But he always called back in timely manner for any changes. When appointment was scheduled, he came on time, provided estimate and finished the cleaning in timely manner.

We hired Mr. Watts to assist with the removal of mold in our basement. Mr. Watts and his team were courteous, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process, and the fees for services were extremely reasonable compared to quotes that we had received from other mold remediation companies. It is worth noting that Mr. Watts and his team were very precise in removing the affected areas (i.e., the surrounding, unaffected areas were left intact and in good condition), which has greatly helped us complete follow-on repairs.

Mr. Watts and his team did a fantastic job with removing the mold in our garage and basically restructuring the unit. They were patient, professional, and kept us in the loop of the work process the entire time. They stuck to the work listed on the quote, and stayed on budget. Yes we will use them if necessary in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

The company was readily available within 24 hr of the initial contact. I contact Watta on a Saturday after 4pm and they came out the following day which was a Sunday. Mr. watts took his time with assessing the problem and immediately scheduling a appointment the following day to start treatment of the mole problem
