I just want a standard price. It seems like my bill is always changing with Verizon. When I ask them if I can just get rid of the landline and will the bill go down, they always tell me that no the price will still be the same. It does not make sense that you pay the same amount for having less benefits.

A couple of the channels they discontinued it. They drop the weather and thy did not notify me. I wanted them to move my cable from one room to the next and it took time.

Landline Phone Service
I have used Verizon since 1999. I haven't had a problem with them and I've never had to call them period. The quality of the service is fine.

We are happy with our service with them and not likely to change anytime soon. Their customer service sometimes leaves a little bit to be desired, but for the most part we've been happy with them.

I like Verizon wireless but I don't like the regular Verizon that services the land line and the internet. I don't like that part of the company. I have been with them for about 10 years. I will continue to use their services in the future.
