Cabinet Making
We had to pay the entire amount up front, to "secure" his time, as his is busy and popular. It turned out, the manager, he took our money and went to Bolivia for a couple of months before finishing our cabinets. While we wait for him to come back, the remodeling project has to be on hold. Eventually, some cabinets started to come in before the manager came back, but the quality was extremely lousy, we had to send it back to the shop to be redone. Once the manger guy came back, the quality improved. The place is capable of making a high quality product, only if the manager is around, but otherwise, the quality is unbelievably bad.
