The owner, Mark Rolen, is truly an expert and gave meticulous thought to his recommendation, the installation plan and every tiny detail that a large job entails. It was WAAAAY more work than I could have imagined and they didn't shortcut a single step. When it comes to having an AC system installed, you want to make sure you have the right person and not just the cheapest price. This is an area in which you get what you pay for. That said, Rolen is more than fairly priced and is frequently  lower than the others, particularly for service. He has worked on my house's boiler & radiators and fixed what the last guy couldn't. He also fixed an A/C at a rental we own after another "well known" chain charged me thru the nose just to come tell me they couldn't fix it. It seems like Mark Rolen can ALWAYS fix it. Rolen doesn't really advertise...they thrive through word of mouth, good prices and great workmanship.

They were wonderful -- completely professional, very detail oriented, extremely clean and respectful. The work they did was amazing.

Mark was not the lowest quote of three, but only by $200, but boy was he worth every penny! And them some. He gave me a straight quote and at payment time deducted what I paid for the emergency repair!! Honest to a fault, didn't nickel-and-dime me as other small things came up (Freon filter, extra thermostat,etc). His crew is the most professional, courteous and thorough group I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Work areas were left completely clean, they speckled walls where old elements came off, sealed old connections, removed all debris... just a thoroughly neat and complete job. Always on time, completed work as promised. Marc went to great lengths to explain everything, provided model brand and model numbers so I could shop around, He recommended the best possible model but did not sell me something I didn't need (There is a website were you can check the specs of any furnace). Truly, if you need AC/Heating work done you could not possibly be in better hands.

We have called on them for several years and will continue to do so.
