McConkey & Keane Inc

This company went above and beyond what was ever asked of them. When we had a plumber out, he left all kinds of holes from installing the pipes throughout the house. The guy from McConkey & Keane took it upon himself to patch the holes. When we wanted to do the upgrades, they didn't charge anything to have the new items installed, since they were tearing up everything else. They also tore out the linoleum flooring in the bathroom and put new tile down. They spackled and painted and the bathroom turned out just beautiful. The old items they tore out were taken by them to throw away. We were so impressed by how the company handled this situation and from beginning to end, they were true professionals. We plan to use them again in the future.

I felt treated like a pest. I had called them several times to find out when to expect the work to be started, since it had been over 1 month, I was first told that they were busy and didn't have time. One instance I called and the contractor refused to talk to me and I could hear laughing in the background. I feel that it was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I then found someone else to do the work for me and it was completed within the week at one fourth the cost of McConkey & Keane's estimate.

They did an excellent and professional job. They corrected the problem beautifully and we were very pleased after having another company come and do the work unsuccessfully.

I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO REPORT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID AN EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES SO THERE WAS VERY LITTLE FOR US TO DO.
