Came first to assess problem, ordered parts, returned on later day to complete repair. Jeff is one-man operation, very experienced, worked carefully, tested his repair and left everything clean and ready to go. Prices are very reasonable.

I was extremely happy with this company.

Absolutely great service. Jeff is personable, knowledgeable, prompt, and competitively priced. He fixed my dishwasher in ten minutes and charged accordingly.

Called Jeff on a Friday afternoon and left a message. He called me back first thing Monday morning. I described the problem - refrigerator door didn't pull itself closed, and it wasn't a tilt issue - and gave him the make and model. He knew exactly what I meant and which part to order and we scheduled an appointment for after the part would arrive. He arrived exactly on time, had exactly the right part, and installed it in the door in about ten minutes. Perfect from start to finish. Only cost $65, and he's a really nice guy! I will definitely hire him for any large appliance repair (I think he only works on kitchen and laundry appliances unfortunately) He's great.

The GE gas oven in question is a 20-year old model. Unfortunately the control board is no longer available from factory. Jeff suggested there may be a few companies that can rebuild the board. I went online and sure there are some companies that specialize in rebuilding appliance circuit board. I plan the take out the board by myself and send in.
At the same visit, I asked another unrelated question regarding another microwave in a different residence which I suspect a malfunction power control board. He suggested checking the board for soldering. Guess what? It turns out that is exactly right.

Could not get through on phone, had to leave message. Jeff called back and I provided washing machine type, model number and symptoms. Jeff visited house to inspect washer and confirm his provisional diagnosis. He ordered the part and returned about a week later to install it and check that it fixed the problem. Two visits to complete the work, but the fix is holding and I'm happy.

There was a broken coil in the oven. Jeff ensured that he had the correct part for the model, which he did. He replaced the broken part and the oven works beautifully. Well done, Jeff!

This was a very simple job, and it went flawlessly. I had to wait a week for my appointment, which was fine as this was not an emergency repair.

Our washing machine stopped working and the laundry room filled with smoke. We contacted Jeff and he came out two days later to make the repair. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty belt. The belt was replaced and the machine now works fine. We have used Jeff's Appliance previously to repair a refrigerator and stove. We have always found him to be congenial, honest and fair. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to our friends and neighbors.

Jeffs Appliance Service Inc. did a good job and seemed to know what he was doing. He was very punctual. But I have one reservation against him. He fixed the immediate problem with the machine but said that I would need a new machine because it was leaking oil into the transmission and it probably wouldn't be worthwhile getting it fixed because the part was very costly. But I wanted it repaired because the machine was going to cost lot more than that. He said he will possibly get a reconditioned one and that he will call me back in a few days. I tried to reach him a few times after that but he never returned my calls. So I get the impression that he doesn't want to follow up. I probably would use him again in the future.

I found him from Angie's list and I would use them again in the future if needed.

I really liked the service provided by Jeff from Jeff's Appliance Service Company. He is a local person and his prices are reasonable. He came out within a couple of days I called him. I would use him again in the future.
