I provided details/specifics/photos of the work to be done and emphasized I wanted it to be neat because of previous experience with another worker. HomeStyle arrived on time, communicated some flaws that they saw before starting the job (recessed wiring holes not all lined up straight in the ceiling). Also shared that the number of lights (recessed and 2 regular center lights) may be overkill for the basement ceiling. Ended up not installing the other center light in the basement ceiling, but said if I found that it would be too dim for my needs, they would come back and install the other center light. I appreciated the opportunity to see what one less light would do for my low vision functioning. This in my opinion was customer care at its best. They did the job professionally, was punctual and stayed in communication with their customer. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was finished and that too was very much appreciated. I saw where a few splashes of paint and marks appeared on the ceiling and outlet plates while they were working, but they were quick to fix the mishaps and used the paint provided to do touch-ups. They understood me as a customer (attention to details, and hands on) and accommodated my requirements in the most professional manner. HomeStyle contacted me a few weeks after the job via email to ask if I wanted that extra light. I now realize that the lighting in the basement needs to be brighter or more, so they will be coming back to install that missing light. Also, plan to have them replace light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room area. Great people to work with!

Great service, very meticulous and attention to details, they were willing to work with my every time I have some minor changes and I will continue working with them.
