My mother used them to clean her carpet. Before the cleaning started, the cleaner first took a photo with his phone of one of her personal items without asking her permission. Then he cleaned the carpet but told her he couldn't get rid of two stains. She paid him the $250 they charged anyway. He left with the check but came back saying he'd gotten water on it. My mother thought that was weird but she tore it up and wrote him another check. Then he showed her that he'd "found something" in his car that would remove the remaining two stains. He said something outrageous about God finding it for her. He used it and whatever it was, it created two bigger stains from the first small ones. When the carpet dried, she saw them. Repeated attempts to call them got her promises that "the manager" would call back. Nobody has. Now three or four calls have gone unanswered. They have apparently blocked her phone number because she gets a fast busy signal when she calls them. They have answered the phone when two other family members have called, though. The cleaning was on October 16. The stains he left are there. That part of her carpet looks worse than before and she cannot get their attention to either come back and clean the stains they left or refund her money. I really don't think God had anything to do with this. Who says that, anyway? Unacceptable on all scores. Thank you.
