Last year I tried to do a refinance with my existing mortgage company, they wouldn't accept the 2nd trust paper work so they wouldn't give me the loan. Then I was on the computer and I got a pop up and this First Direct guy called me immediately. I went on the internet and looked at their rating after I talked to the First Direct guy.
