driver was rude and unprofessional. We had two days of ice. Shoveledbthe sidewalk but it kept getting covered due to ongoing rain. Driver refused to bring package to the door, which was fine. I told him to leave it on the sidewalk by mailbox. He then proceeded to walk up the same sidewalk to have me sign the delivery papers. It should be noted that the package was on a rolling cart. When I looked out, I noticed the package was hanging out in the street . I do not have sidewalks. When I asked the driver to push it back further onto the sidewalk, he gave me an attitude. He asked mebwhy I didn't shovel the sidewalk. I saidbi obviously did, but it is covere do to Ongoing rain. I asked him why he could walk up my sidewalk, but not roll my package up, no reply. he was also wearing tennis shoes while delivering in icy conditions. I calledvand complained, fell on deaf ears.
