We got a very good price for this item. They sell appliances. They do not install it. However, at my request Chip Hall of Dad's Appliance arranged for a plumber to come and install it. Since the plumber was available right away Chip let him take delivery of the appliance before he received our check in the mail for the cost of the appliance. Note they prefer payment by check. The plumber Chip Hall arranged charged us a very reasonable amount for the delivery, installation and for hauling away the old water heater, and did a very clean job.

I'm very pleased with the service I received. I compared the price of the refrigerator at 5 or 6 other stores and Dad's was by far the cheapest. Delivery/installation fee was also substantially lower than others. The delivery men were prompt and polite and very neat.
