They seemed very concerned with trying to get the job done correctly and getting the proper coordination done. Due to some of the unique nature of both the job, my travel, and them being very busy, it's been a while. They have to coordinate with another provider essentially on this particular project. So it's taking a little longer than we all would've desired. So far we're talking and trying to get stuff done. I have a date for them to come back. They're going to come out and do some of the initial work and then see what else needs to be done and do further coordination after that. Their price is much better than anybody else. They listened to what I described and what I asked for as opposed to another company that came up with their own plan, which was not at all what I asked for. In the government contracting world, I would say that they were responsive. They came back with something approximating what I was describing and wanting as opposed to the other company. They gave me a window and then they called to tell me that they had an additional opening that day and would I like them to come early. They came early and we got it done before the appointment was scheduled.
