 + -1 moreThe day before we were leaving for a long drive we got a flat tire. An auto club patched it for us, but strongly suggested we needed new tires and shouldn't go on this trip without getting them first. As always, Costco came through for us. We dropped off the car and picked it up again a few hours later with new tires. We have gotten our tires here for at least a decade, they have never failed us.
Description of Work: 2 Michelin X-Radial tires on our Toyota Prius.

 + -1 moreOrdered 4 new tires for my Jeep through Costco's website, taking advantage of a coupon. I had done my research so I knew exactly what I wanted. Ordering online was easy, and in a few days I received notice that my tires were ready for installation. No appointments are taken, so I went on a weekday afternoon hoping to avoid the crowds...no such luck. Had to wait in line for an hour, even though there were only 6 people ahead of me. Despite that, my order was handled swiftly and efficiently once I was waited on. Tires took a few hours to install since they were so busy, so I actually left my car there overnight. Picked the car on Saturday afternoon (with no line to wait in, go figure). Tires seem to be fine, have had no problems in the past two weeks. Costco does not align the new tires, so that has to be done separately.
