The sales guy who came out was very helpful and took his time with us and set up an appointment that was convenient for us. We were planning our daughter's wedding so they helped us to plan the installation around that. Right after the carpet was installed, I had some water leak on it. They came right back to check and make sure we weren't experiencing any problems with either the carpet or the padding underneath. They are very accommodating.
