They were fantastic. They were really good. You could watch these guys and know that they knew what they were doing. They didn't have to second guess themselves. They were efficient.

Had to order the replacement parts, only a minimum delay. Left wire sticking out the top and unit is noisier than before.

We've been very satisfied with them. They come out promtly, very curteous when they come out and the prices seem to be good.

The man that came out was very professional, polite and careful with everything. As far as I can tell he did a good job checking everything in every part of the house. He answered my questions in an intelligent and logical way about the condition of the units, other alternative options and things like that. I will continue to use them in the future.

Dave, the owner, came to my house to evaluate my duct work and he did not charge me for the service. He gave me a lot of information and was patient with me. He had a lot of good ideas when it came to tight areas. He gave me a written proposal that was reasonable in price. The crew that did the work was professional and nice to me. They cleaned up after the work was done.

My old furnace was on its last leg. Dave and his boys (family business) sold me a new HVAC system that improved my efficiency by approx 30%, removed all of the old ducts from the basement and first floor, and custom-made new duct work to fit my needs and improve the overall house flow and efficiency. They installed the venting system for a new tankless hot water heater and rerouted my gas lines to tuck them up into the joists for improved headroom in the basement. They paid attention to detail, ensuring holes in walls left by old pipes that were removed were filled, and that new vent holes were properly sealed. Each day they left the work area neat and were always respectful of my schedule. It's hard to find this kind of service today - I highly recommend Dave and his crew for any HVAC needs!

They noted that the freon for the a/c was a little low. Since I had the same problem at the end of the season last year, I was gearing myself up for a replacement for the entire a/c system. However, they assured me that such was not the case - and a shot of freon would get us thru the summer. It's refreshing to have a company that's truthful and not try to sell you something you don't really need. I have been dealing with Climate Control for many years and have always been impressed with their honesty and professionalism.

I WOULD SAY THEY ARE GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY PERFORMED THE JOB, QUICKLY AND WITH EASE. DID NOT DO ANY EXTRAS. JOB WAS WELL DONE. I WAS AMAZED THAT THE AIR BLEW OUT THE WAY IT DID.

I FEEL THIS COMPANY DOES FANTASTIC WORK. THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE ALSO WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY.

I FIND THE COMPANY TO BE PROMPT WITH THEIR SERVICE CALL, AND THEY LEAVE THE AREA CLEAN WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO OUR FURNISHINGS OR PERSONAL PROPERTY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM

THEY COME AND THEY TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY WILL COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. I HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

THEY HAVE BEEN SERVICING OUR HOME SINCE 1975, AND THEY HAVE GIVEN US EXCELLENT SERVICES SINCE THEN. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.

WE HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 10 YEARS. I THINK THAT THEY ARE WONDERFUL. THEY COME TWICE A YEAR and WE NEVER HAVE TO CONTACT THEM WITH ANY PROBLEMS.
