Phone Wiring
Everything went well until the system was installed. Installers were not well experienced, resulting in return visits with an "expert" that allowed the system to work, but not up to our expectations. They have failed to return our calls, emails, and regular mail. We have received a letter from the president, Mr. Zuckerman, thanking us for purchasing the new equipment, but ignoring our correspondence which was sent to the salesman, Mr. Klauss, a week earlier. We are still waiting for a proper solution for our problems. Then, we received a revised invoice quoting a higher cost because of spending extra time trying to installed the system, even though the sales person promised not to charge more for installation and do everything to satisfy our needs.
