They already had 3 pro's come out and they can't fix it. They told me that the furnace needs to be replaced. They sent me an email that they are processing the replacement but they sent another email that they're sending out another pro to fix it. They told me to wait for the form to be sent to my email to get a full refund and I still haven't received anything.
