Very well. Dennis beat the competitor's prices hands down. Plus he has great customer service skills, and moved the range out so I could ensure my gas line would fit in the back.

The sales prices were good, although it was the end of the season and we were purchasing the ending years models. Matt was honest and told us the sales prices would be available the next holiday. We felt the other sales person was a bit high pressure as he told us that when the sale ended, the sales price might not be available again. We did not know the extended warranty we purchased was not the manufacturer's extended warranty. We only found out when the manufacturer sent us an offer to purchase their extended warranty several months later. Delivered items but installed without the necessary hose clamps that were supposed to be part of the install kit. Matt assured us his warehouse sent us the hose clamps on 3 different occasions, but they never arrived. Matt couldn't send them himself, they had to go through his warehouse so he probably didn't have any control over the matter. We ended up going to a hardware store and purchasing the hose clamps and installing them ourselves.
