I am extremely disappointed in what has transpired with America's Shower Mirrors & Glass. We moved into our house about 18 months ago and Alex installed 2 very nice - and expensive - glass doors. One was installed properly and we have had no issues. The other was installed in our basement bath. We hardly ever have guests but did about 2 weeks ago and they stayed downstairs. After our guests used the shower the first time they told us the shower doors leaked excessively. We called Alex to come out and take a look at it and he agreed to come last Thursday (6/16/16). He did not show up. We left messages for him a couple times and he again agreed to come this morning between 8-9 a.m. Again, he did not show up. My wife called him this morning and he hung up on her! We spent nearly $2,000 on glass doors and clearly this company does not stand behind their work. After examining why there was water coming out it was clear Alex should have never recommended a swing door for this shower. A slider would have been the right choice and would not have had any leak issues. This is very disappointing because we really liked Alex when we met him and recommended him to some other folks. Lesson learned! Shame on you Alex!
