Kitchen remodeling is stressful! But Mr. Patterson was wonderful and made the process as easy as possible. With any remodel, there will be glitches, but he and his crew were accommodating and everything was done well and on time. He made design/color recommendations that I never would have thought of myself and it all turned out great. I love the result!

It was a pleasure working with Don Patterson. We especially appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness. He has an excellent design sense and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, which was invaluable in dealing with the more complex and difficult aspects of our project. Ours was a complete kitchen remodel that entailed considerable electrical and plumbing work. His crew was very professional and competent, and the quality of the work was first rate. The end result was most satisfactory; the kitchen not only looks beautiful it is extremely functional.

Mr. Patterson did a great job on the renovation of my bathroom and his customer service was great. There was slight issue with the tile select and he fixed it right away. He even fixed a few other things in my house at no additional charge. We stayed within budget and resulted in an immaculate bathroom.

I was very pleased with the work that the crew did overall. They did a lovely job with my tile. Even though this was the most expensive estimate I received, I decided to go ahead with them because the sales person represented a professional and knowledgeable company. However, the company lacks communication as the workers were not provided my appropriate address, did not have the details of the actual job, nor the information to pick up my tile. The sales person misrepresented the cost of the fan unit and they did they touch up paint around the unit like was in the contract. Overall, I'd hire the workers but not go with this company.

They did the work well. Things looks great. Took a little longer than I thought but it was over the holidays.

I appreciate the fact that they worked daily to get the project completed in the shortest possible time without compromising the quality of their craftmanship. I selected American Priority for a remodling of my home kitchen. The project was completed within a reasonable timeframe and the work was better than I could do myself. I am sure they would rate the work as to industry standards. There was a willingness to work with your requests. I would high recommend them to be considered in an assessment of contractors.

Personnel did not show up when scheduled or showed up when unscheduled. Vinyl floors were laid incorrectly - company has compensated me for this. Kitchen faucet was put in backwards (serial numbers in the front). New cabinets are scratched and one has a drill hole in the front. Not given the time to pick my choice of a floor, even though I had requested a specific type. It was "...pick one of these or we will have to delay." I constantly had to check the work to ensure it was done properly. I was told I would receive a cabinet "kit" to fix scratches/drill hole. Have not yet received it. No response to the faucet issue.

Great company!! Professional staff and project turned out beautifully. Everyone who saw my bathroom fell in love with it. Outstanding and timely service. Job completed on time and UNDER budget.

The project ran for 4 weeks. The different worker were scheduled with timeliness. Each were professionals in there own right. The Team superviser was professional in his oversite of the project. I was amazed at the neatness of the whole project with so many people working in unison with each other. When they were suppose to be at the house they were on time. When I need changes or additions to the project, they were always able to commodity me and come to a satisfaction with what I wanted done. The service I considered to be excellent and would not hesitate to hire them for another project.

Mr. Patterson and his staff were very professional. They provided us with excellent ideas in creating a bathroom that really turned out beautiful. They were on time and called if they were going to be late. Mr. Patterson inspected the bathroom and had his staff there to repair what minor work he thought needed to be repaired. Most of all the cost for this was well within our budget. We highly recommend American Priority.

Very responsive. No nonsense. Don tried to think of everything which was great. My kitchen drawers were left a mess and I had to clean out the drawers and wash all the pots and utensils over again. If they had let me know then I could have emptied out the drawers. Once the project started I would have appreciated a little more follow up by the owner during the project but overall went well.

They did what they said they would do, at cost, and on time.

Mr. Patterson was great. Very professional as was his crew. They were at my home on time for the time line Mr. Patterson gave me. They did a super job by giving me a New Kitchen and Basement. My experience with American Priority Home was more than I expected. We had a master bathroom and a powder room gutted and rebuilt. The workers were very polite and well qualified. They were on time and worked hard to finish both projects in eight work days. I have recommended American Priority to several of my friends and will recommend them to others.

I am happy with the final completed projected. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled and a walk-in closet built. The work crew was professional although sometimes there was a language barrier. The company owner was responsive when called upon. Although some things contracted for could not be completed, the company owner was amenable to making adjustments. It's been a couple of months now and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
