They had the right sized tent and tables and great prizes, so I ended up using them. They did fantastic. Overall experience was very good. I will definitely use them again. The owner came out and we discussed where we wanted the tent and everything. He was on time, very polite and very easy to talk to and accommodated us with different types of set ups and everything. They came and set it up with no problems. There were no questions. Everything went great. And then they had to come take it down. We had left some cars parked really close to where the table and tent were because we had to go to a wedding and we were gone. They actually were able to take the tent down with our cars half way under it. I don't know how they did it. The cars were not damaged. But they got everything.

Called the company about six months in advance to reserve the chairs. About two weeks before the event called to add 20 more chairs to the original estimate of 70 -- no problem. We selected the slightly more expensive padded chairs. The company is familiar with the tight two-hour window of time allowed by the National Park Service permit for the West Lawn of the Jefferson Memorial. They were extremely efficient in delivering and setting up the chairs on time and in the shade, consistent with what I requested. We were still taking photographs when the chairs were taken down -- and the men were so professional and discreet, even among the guests milling around, that I barely noticed them.

The representative on the phone was very professional and courteous. I thought the total cost estimate for rental, delivery, setup, and takedown of 70 padded chairs at an outdoor space in Washington, DC was entirely reasonable, appreciated that they have specific experience at this venue (the Jefferson Memorial) and knew already what the National Park Service requires/allows, and I booked them. I look forward to the service.
