I was told by the representative that this would take an hour, it was a whole day project from 8:30-4. Well worth it and very thorough but would have liked to plan for that!

Kind, prompt and thoroug services were provided. Even quoted a great price for new furnace and AC unit system. Will hire back to replace in Spring! After furnace matter, hired them to clean air ducts and dryer...we feel the difference in the air.

Make sure and get names as to who you would contact in case of any problems/emergencies and especially phone numbers. Do they respond for service on weekends and what hours if needed.

They got a technician to me the day I called and I was truly grateful. The only negative is the technician did not give me an invoice or written information about what was done and what I need to do in the fall when I have to worry about the heating. I sent an email and I still have not received that information. Other than that, I thought the work was good.

These guys responded quickly to an emergency regarding our HVAC and were able to fix the problem even on a holiday. Would highly recommend especially for emergency situations as they will come to fix your problem quickly!

I just wanted to have the Freon (r22) topped off. They were suggesting that I replace the air conditioner since it was over 20 years old. I said I'll wait until it dies. Since I was not in the market for a new unit, they recommended replacing the compressor contactor and capacitor, good preventive measures. I agreed.
