True Review of James and Floors at your Door. Beware Potential buyers he is not what he seems. With proof I have, he has stolen his flooring materials from us (a small business) without paying for them for over four months. James ordered 1907.50 of carpet, LVP, and supplies on February 24, 2024. After dozens and dozens of calls he said he will send me something because he made so much profit off his recent customers. That amounted to a payment of only $200.00 on June 26,2024. Angi should do a better job qualifying there contractors not just for the homeowners but for the vendors they use. I will continue to keep you updated. Angi I recommend looking into matter for the interest of the homeowners you serve.

Extremely frustrated with this company. Had them come out to do a quote to repair the carpet. After they cut my carpet up they told me that my colors didn’t match then the man James came and told “that sucks you wasted money but we’ll come back and you can pay to do the whole carpet”. Will never use this company again and highly suggest people to stay away from them.

Unfortunately, I was not happy with the quality of the workmanship or the etiquette of the business owner. Please note, I would not have to write this review if the owner actually responded and tried to remedy the problem. When the owner came for consult he was late. We discussed options, I paid in full. Was supposed to be installed next day in am. Went to check it out at 3:00.... no one had been on site. Not happy. When I called owner, he had no clue they had not been there. They eventually got there after 4:30. This is a vacant home, so no lights. The closet doors not replaced, the edges of carpet not tucked in, the strip up against bathroom marble transition was horrible, you can see the grout! The transition of carpet on the first step is over 2 inches long, doesn't look right. Carpet shavings everywhere. Overall, not a good job. I'm sure it was dark and hard for them to see. I called owner immediately, he was very defensive and asked for pictures, in which I sent over. Never heard from him again. Had to get the house on the market and didn't have time to deal with this. The price I paid was a bit much for the quality. I would not recommend Floors To UR Door.

I ask him not to cut the edges of the carpet because it will came apart, I provided the materials for him but still he didn't installed the carpet the way I want it to be installed and I am so much disappointed. I also said to clean the runners of the carpet but they said they can't do that.

They did a great job for us. They had availability the next day and were done within 5 hours with the work.

Quality work and reasonable pricing ! I have a three-story home with carpet in every room except the bathrooms and the Foyer. Quality service, pleasant staff and workers. The workers were very efficient and completed the Job in one day. They Completed the job to perfection. They removed all debris and replace any doors that were removed. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

We are so pleased with the work completed by this company. They replaced the floors on the stairs and in the hallways. The cost was very reasonable and the workmanship is impeccable.

He was outstanding. They were very professional & efficient. The floor is beautiful. I changed my mind after they initially came and he came back the very next day so I could look at more samples. They left me spare wood in case I needed it and cleaned up after themselves. I am so pleased with the outcome.
