Our main bathroom is large and needed to be completely renovated. I had just had total knee replacement just prior to the work. Robby and John were a great team, so respectful, so mindful of details and working with us on all design decisions. We got the bathroom of our dreams in 2.5 weeks and as promised before Christmas! They even were kind enough to repaint the whole bathroom for us as the paint did not look as represented on the color swatch! Their honesty, integrity, and work ethic are stellar. RL Osborne is now our contractor for future projects and we have been recommending them to all our friends!

He takes great pride in his workmanship and his results display a high level of craftsmanship. He worked with us as an advisor should by providing input on material choices and on the best practices of installation. Robby met us at supply houses to ensure that we selected the proper material for our design ideas. Our remodeled bathroom came out beautifully and we would definitely bring Robby back to our home for any additional work. We've used Home Advisor for a variety of projects over the years and decided to turn to it to look for remodeling help. We found Rob Osborne on Home Advisor this fall after searching for local contractors with good reviews who had done a lot of work. His reviews were outstanding so we invited him in for an interview. It became obvious to us rather quickly that he was who we were looking for. He was personable, practical, knowledgeable, and a good creative compliment to my architect husband who knew what he wanted in the finished products. We initially hired Rob for two major renovations, a kitchen remodel and a remodel of our master bath including construction of a custom shower. The jobs were all encompassing and included new flooring, electrical work, and lots of tile work, both floor and walls. We were very pleased with his work, his efficiency, his disposition, and the fairness of his price. He took into consideration convenience factors and worked to accommodate them. We were so pleased after two major projects, which concluded prior to Thanksgiving, that we invited him back in early December to do another bathroom for us. We recommend Rob and his company without reservation and would be happy to discuss our experience. If you are considering either a bathroom or kitchen remodel, look past the big companies. You will be glad that you did.

I utilized Robby Osborne from Lee Painting to remodel my bathroom. He was quick to call me back after my initial call to him, even though he was on vacation with his family at the time! We discussed the scope of work for the project and I decided to use them. I should note that of the 4 estimates I received, Lee Painting offered the best price. They worked with us to adjust our scheduled date when some of the products were back ordered. Throughout the installation they were courteous and professional. They arrived on time and always took steps to protect our carpet, etc. during the remodel . Robby was great to work with and does exceptional work! They went above and beyond the requirements of our project, for example, installing insulation around the pipes under our house when they saw there was no insulation there to keep the pipes from freezing. They replaced the wood under our entire floor not just in the place where there was water damage. The project went smoothly from start to finish and now we have a beautiful bathroom! I highly recommend Robby Osborne and Lee Painting for all your remodeling needs. We will have him back when we remodel our kitchen next year!

We had a tenant moving into our rental in 10 days and were anxious to remodel two bathrooms prior to the move-in. We asked for estimates from several general contractors. Robby sent his in the fastest, and it was also the best estimate. He completed the work in only two days and now we have plenty of time before the tenant moves in! The quality of the work was excellent, and the customer service was even better as he kept us updated every step of the way! Robby and John really know their stuff and are very helpful with suggestions and ideas. They also cleaned up well and hauled away extra things we needed to dispose of. We will definitely be calling Robby for future house projects! :)

The best experience I have ever had. Robby is an incredibly gifted craftsman. If you are lucky enough to meet his father, you will know where his skills and work ethic comes from. The attention to detail was incredible. After he completely gutted and remodeled both upstairs bathrooms, including revamping all the plumbing, counters, sinks, cabinets and installing radiant heat, I was so impressed with his work that I hired him to install hardwood floors on the entire second floor. He is honest, hardworking and a gentleman. He guided me through ever step of the project. I will miss having him around.

Robby and his father, Bob, Owners of Lee Painting, Inc. were wonderful. They were very professional at all times and at the same time easy to approach and discuss the design. They were extremely detail oriented and took the time to talk through every decision we made. My boys even enjoyed talking to and learning different things from "Mr. Robby and Mr Bob." Their many years of experience allowed them to easily remodel the bathroom that others deemed impossible and theirs years of knowledge helped us make smart decisions when designing the bathroom. One of the best things I have ever done was hire Robby and his dad. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care they delivered was unprecedented. They remodeled two bathrooms for me that look absolutely beautiful. They are knowledgeable, dependent, and trustworthy. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the work that Robby has done for us. So much in fact that we hired him to remodel a second bathroom. Robbie has the knowledge and skill to do it all. No subcontractors needed! In seven days, he installed a beautiful tiled shower and built a linen closet in one bathroom and replaced a tub and retiled a second bath. I will definitely have him back for more remodeling in the spring.

Very dependable and work was excellent. He work is one of the finest I have ever seen. He cleaned up every day before leaving, I had no problem leaving the house at any time and leaving him to do the work. I have recommended him to some people in the neighborhood and will continue to do so if anyone needs some work done. Very honest and was willing to make any changes I asked about. GREAT WORK and finished early!

This is a small family business. Rob was very comfortable to work with and responded to my questions and concerns in a timely and respectful manner. Some of the work he did generated a lot of dust but he took every precaution to properly vent the work area to minimize any dirt getting to the rest of my house. He cleaned up and left the area orderly each day.

Robby and his Dad were great to work with. Robby took my design and brought it to life right before my eyes. He estimated it would take about 2 1/2 weeks, but it took 3 weeks and 2 days. Which is pretty darn good. Every phase of the project went very well and in a timely fashion. They were easy to work with and understood my concerns on various things and allayed those concerns nicely. We all worked together to get the initial layout nailed down, we bounced ideas off each other- all in all, everything about the project turned out beautifully.
