Winters Run Medical Center

I have been going there since 1987. She is wonderful, professional, kind and loving. She really enjoys older patients. She calls us her ladies and her men. She is very smart and has been around; she has been doing it for over 30 years. She is in her late 50's and she has been at the same place for all that time. She has her own portal for Harford Primary Care that we can access our records on. She can go into my hospital records to see the latest tests so she can order other tests when necessary. She is really good. They can get me in on short notice if necessary. They do the billing right there so if I have questions I can call them there or pay my bill right there. The nurses are very friendly and have a way of making me comfortable. I have never had a person of any kind there that has not been kind. If they did testing Dr. Patty calls me back if it is something negative or positive; she will call me back and talk to me personally. It does not get any better than that, does it? They always heal me or they always send me to co somebody who can. She always tries to stay one step ahead. If she can't go any further in her steps then she will send me to a specialist who can. I have never had a problem with the billing and administration. I have recommended her to other people although right now she has no openings.
