Will

I had been accumulating a list of plumbing problems for a fairly long time. I left a message with Will that I had a list of needed plumbing services. He had worked here before, so I didn't ask for an estimate. Unfortunately, it seems that his business had become swamped with work and he didn't return my call. After a few weeks, I phoned again (would have phoned the next day had it been an emergency); he was quite apologetic and told me that he had taken on a second plumber whom he dispatched. The chap completed all the work quietly and quickly and cleaned up completely. He showed me how to change the filter without making a mess, replaced the short pipe leading to the shower head, rebuilt the toilet mechanism, and installed the kitchen sink kit. I will use him again.
