Carpet Installation
BARRY, OF VALUE CARPETS ORIGINALLY CAME OUT TO GIVE ME A PRICE ON VINYL FLOORING, BUT AFTER DISCUSSING MY NEEDS, HE SUGGESTED A LESS EXPENSIVE WAY TO COVER THE FLOOR. AFTER CONSIDERING BOTH METHODS, I OPTED TO GO WITH BARRY'S SUGGESTION AND SAVED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. THE ORIGINAL CARPET CAME IN DAMAGED AND THEY DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL THEY UNROLLED IT. THEY DID NOT TRY TO GET ME TO ACCEPT IT IN DAMAGED CONDITION. THEY APOLOGIZED, ROLLED IT UP, ORDERED NEW AND CAME BACK IN 2 DAYS WITH NEW CARPET. I APPRECIATED THAT HONESTY.
