Stefan did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. They look brand new. Stefan arrived earlier than expected and that was GREAT! He is a very nice man. I have had other companies clean my rugs but the rugs never looked as good as after Stefan was finished today. I highly recommend Stefan to anyone who needs to have their carpets/upholstery cleaned. I plan to have Stefan clean my carpets on a yearly basis.

Stefan did a great job. The carpet looks almost brand new now. He took us upstairs to see the "before" and "after" cleaning every 20 minutes or so. He moved all the small pieces of furniture and put something down underneath the large pieces. We had used him in the past and would definitely use him again. He works alone, so when you call you always get him.

Ultimate Carpets responded immediately to my call and scheduled an appointment at my convenience within a couple days. The owner arrived right on time and discussed his process and showed me his photo album of before and after pictures and many personal notes of thanks and recommendations from his customers. Impressive. I was considering replacing my 21 x 13 foot family room berber carpet immediately because it was getting worn and was stained from spills and a new dog . He told me to wait and see what it looked like after he finished first. Within 10 minutes he began moving small furniture/tables etc and got to work. In less than two hours he had finished the family room and formal living room which was newer berber carpet but which also had a couple stains. He pre-treated the stains and then used a powerful cleaner system with a hose that goes to his van. This system worked much better than any portable carpet cleaner I have ever used myself or other companies have cleaned my carpets with. The carpets were pretty dry later that night. I was amazed at how good they looked. I even delayed buying new carpet for the family room for a while. The owner takes great pride in his work, was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I will defintely use Ultimate Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners again. I was thrilled with the results!!

They are very good. I would give them an excellent rating. I really don't remember how much we spent on their services but it was very reasonable. My overall experience with them was excellent. Their price was excellent. It was reasonable. They were excellent on everything. We will use their services again in the future. They do a very good job and the price is very reasonable. They're very thorough in what they do. The guy brings with him a whole book where there are different things written about him by the clients. You can read what other people have written about his work.

Stephan was on time, showed me his rewards and got to work. I asked him to clean under my bed due to dust mites. I was surprised to hear that he was able to clean under the entire bed for me, for no extra charge. As always he is pleasant, on time and willing to do anything to please me. After he was done, my carpets looked brand new. I have been using his services and will continue to used Stephan for my carpets and drycleaning of my drapes and furniture.

Stefan started by showing me an album containing before and after pictures of his work, customer response cards, thank you notes and documentation from three separate customers who had written him BLANK CHECKS!!!! This amazed me. He spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning my carpet which was very very dirty. Once he was done, he cleaned my upholstery. He did a fantastic job. I thought I would have to replace my carpet but Stefan brought it back to life. It looked almost new and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend this company. Trust me, don't even bother calling other carpet cleaners, just call my man Stefan and you will be 100% satisfied. He get's an A+++

We had a collapse of the pipe to our septic tank and water poured into our storage and on our new carpet. Stephan came in and got to work on the basement carpet. He showed the difference in a swath of carpet the he cleaned and the dirty area. What a difference. My upstairs carpet also looked so nice as well. Stephan is a "nice guy" and takes great pride in his work. I have been using him for 8 years. But he still shows me his book of comments and rewards. I'm glad Angie's List gave Stephan an award!!!

Stefan called to confirm he was on his way 10 minutes ahead of time. He was professional and very helpful. In order to accomodate our schedule he came at 5:30 pm on a Friday--talk about service! We will call him again in the future.

Stephan measured the areas to be cleaned and discussed price before starting to clean. Which is always best, so there are no surprises with cost in the end. I was a previous client and had $20 off coupon which he honored. He promptly began to work on the area that I was most concerned about. We had pet accident (vomit) that left a orange/yellow stain and wasn't sure it would come out. He was excited on how well the carpet was coming clean and came to get us to look at how the progress was going. To our surprise the pet stain came out completely! He was very enthusiastic about doing a good job for us. My carpet's look great and we will definately use his services in the future.

Stefan arrived early and did an amazing job cleaning 5 rooms and a hallway. We had a stairway landing that my son had spilled a raspberry smoothie on that i worked on for weeks and could not get the stain out. Stefan came and removed the stain without any problem! Stefan was very personable and very professional. My carpets look brand new! I would definitely call him again in the future.
