THIS DEFINITELY WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY FOR THE SALES REP. HE WAS THE DECIDING FACTOR IN OUR PURCHASING THE EQUIPMENT. WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE, WE WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED WHAT WE DID.

TWEETER WAS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT. WE ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT FOR A CALL BACK AND THEN ATTEMPT TO SCHEDULE A TIME WHEN THEY WERE GOING HAVE A TECH IN THE AREA. WE WOULD NOT SAY THAT THEY ARE OFFER HASSLE FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ANY MEANS.

DOUG CLOSE FROM TWEETER WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE VISITED OUR HOME AND PROVIDED SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR THE SPEAKERS AND RECEIVER TO MAKE OUR HOME THEATER EXPERIENCE THE BEST IT COULD BE.
