Timely Lawn Care

I've used Timely Lawn Care for about 2 years - they cut the grass at my rental property in Bel Air, MD. I've had several problems with their service during this time. Last summer, I went up to check the property and noticed that the grass was really high - I was on a 7 day cycle and it looked as if it hadn't been cut for about 2 weeks. I called Carol, the owner, and asked her why it was so high. She later informed me that her crew had cut the grass on another property by mistake! This after they had been cutting my grass for several months! She offered no compensation - only a half-hearted apology and a lot of excuses. Reluctantly, I kept them as my lawn service. I used them again this year to cut the grass as the house was getting ready for sale. I explained to Carol that I needed the grass cut EVERY WEEK - for potential buyers would be visiting from time to time. A few weeks ago, I went up to do some work on the property and noticed that the grass was really high. I contacted Carol and asked her what had happened. She informed me that they were on vacation and weren't able to cut the grass for almost 2 weeks. The property looked awful! After this final incident, I fired them. I was tired of their excuses and lack of remorse for the mistakes they made. I would really think twice before letting this company cut your grass.
