 + -1 moreI RECEIVED SAME DAY SERVICE FROM TIME WARP, AND THEY ONLY COMPLETED THE WORK THAT WAS NECESSARY. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT THEY DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY COMPUTER 'IGNORANCE' WHEN THEY TOLD ME OF THE REPAIR THAT WAS NECESSARY.
Description of Work: MY HUSBAND'S LAPTOP COMPUTER WOULD NOT BOOT UP AFTER BEING DROPPED AT THE BWI AIRPORT.
