 + -1 moreEd Nawarol is a good individual to deal with. His administrator is a little new to the job and made several errors, which I luckily caught. Because of some new and tricky HUD rules, Ed told us that they may have to delay our closing date. When I clearly and firmly explained why this was not possible ( would have fallen out of contract and lock), he was responsive and made adjustments to enable the deal to continue. So, when it counted, he came through. There were a few too many folks from SunTrust sending us packages and calling us, but the deal went through all right.
Description of Work: Provided conventional 30 year fixed mortgage
