Ed Nawarol is a good individual to deal with. His administrator is a little new to the job and made several errors, which I luckily caught. Because of some new and tricky HUD rules, Ed told us that they may have to delay our closing date. When I clearly and firmly explained why this was not possible ( would have fallen out of contract and lock), he was responsive and made adjustments to enable the deal to continue. So, when it counted, he came through. There were a few too many folks from SunTrust sending us packages and calling us, but the deal went through all right.

JENNIFER BLESSING WAS MY LOAN PERSON AT SUNTRUST. SHE MADE THE WHOLE LOAN PROCESS AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE. SHE KEPT ME INFORMED, AND HER PAPERWORK WAS ALWAYS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
