I WAS KEPT UP-TO-DATE WITH MY BROKER AS THEY FOUND NEW CHOICES FOR ME. THEY WENT OVER THE PLUSES AND MINUS OF EACH LOAN. I NEVER HAD TO VISIT THEIR OFFICE EITHER, WHICH I CONSIDER A PLUS. MOST OF THE PAPER WORK WAS HANDLED THROUGH FAXES. THE ONE TIME WE DID HAVE TO MEET IN PERSON, THEY CAME TO MEET ME ON MY TERMS. THEY SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS VERY BUSY WITH OTHER ASPECTS OF BUYING A HOUSE AND WERE EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE TO FIT WITH MY SCHEDULE.
